Weavingshaw

Somewhere a man called the Saint of Silence pays in coin for confessions, and the darker the secret, the more he gives. Leena has carried hers since she was seventeen: she can see the dead. When her brother falls ill, she goes to the Saint, only to find her gift is worth far more to him than she imagined. To save her brother she must help him find a particular ghost, and every path leads to Weavingshaw, a cursed estate on the moors.

Heba Al-Wasity's novel joins gothic ghost story and fantasy to a slow-burning romance, as Leena is drawn into the Saint's world of danger and desire and begins to suspect he is guarding secrets of his own. For readers who like their love stories haunted, their houses forbidding and their moors thick with fog.
