# Diary of a Wimpy Kid

Greg Heffley records his grievances in a diary, in short entries illustrated by Jeff Kinney's deadpan cartoons. The drawings often show the distance between what Greg believes about himself and how the world sees him. The books follow Greg, Rowley and the rest of the Heffley household, and Greg remains convinced he deserves more credit than he gets.

This is the twentieth book in the series, published by Puffin in 2025. It keeps the familiar mix of brief entries, drawings and misplaced confidence. Readers who already know the family will find another instalment to get through quickly, and younger readers who find a solid block of text hard going should find it easy to pick up.
