# A court of splintered harmony

Sarah J. Maas returns to Prythian, the faerie realm of rival courts first mapped in *A Court of Thorns and Roses*. This 2026 novel from Bloomsbury Publishing follows the five books that come before it and carries forward the mix of romance, danger and court intrigue that made those earlier novels so widely read.

It is best approached after the earlier books, since it draws on the world and history they established. Readers who have spent time in Prythian will find a setting they already know, and anyone who has been waiting to see it again will find the return worth the wait.
