Lie To Me

A phone call, and DS Arnie Hodgson knows at once that something is badly wrong. Damon, the childhood friend he has believed dead for thirty-five years, has finally been found. But Damon did not die all those years ago. He was murdered yesterday.

That single reversal sets the hook: a detective forced to look back at his own boyhood and ask what really happened, and who has been lying ever since. Taut, personal crime for anyone who likes their mysteries rooted in old secrets.
