The Killing Time

Ali Dawson runs a police cold case unit with an unusual method: when a crime is old enough, her team travels back in time to solve it. Since their technical expert, Jones, was stranded in Victorian London, time travel has been banned, so Ali looks into a present-day death instead. A young man has fallen from a high building, and she suspects Barry Power, a psychic medium who convinced him he could fly. Then Power claims on stage to be in contact with Jones.
