## About this book

Bad exes and buried secrets drive the first novel from Daisy May Cooper, the writer and actor who co-created This Country with her brother Charlie and won over a nation with its deadpan portrait of village life in the Cotswolds. She has already told her own story in her memoir. Here she turns to fiction, with the same unguarded humour.

The publisher has kept the plot close to its chest, but the promise is a comic novel with something darker hidden underneath. It is one for anyone who loves Cooper's mix of the hilarious and the painfully honest, and who has an ex or two they would rather not think about.
