## About this book

Lewis Moody earned the nickname Mad Dog for the way he played rugby: hurling himself into rucks and charging down kicks for Leicester Tigers, Bath and England, whom he captained and with whom he won the 2003 World Cup. Here he tells his own story, now shaped by his diagnosis with motor neurone disease.

For anyone who followed his career, and for readers drawn to frank memoirs of illness and resilience.
