B-4 Dock Tanks

B-4 Dock Tanks Volume 1 provides a detailed history of the LSWR B4 class shunting engines. This trains and railways general interest book examines these locomotives during their decades of service at the Southampton Docks and other former LSWR territories. The text explores the origins of the Adams B4s and Drummond K14s, alongside the acquisition of the docks by the LSWR.

The narrative tracks the operational life of these engines from their primary dock duties to their later roles and final days with British Rail.
