The Baby Return

The Baby Return is a dark comic dream that follows a young father (Acme Parente) into the "Baby Return" department of the hospital where his new son was recently born.

The overwhelming demands of a day-to-day parenting, mixed with the on-going threat of possible injury to the fragile child, have caused Acme to reconsider fatherhood, and now he wants to turn his son back in with no exchange.

"Nurse Bratbreaker" demands his receipt and reasons for bailing out, and in the end, this recalcitrant father wakes up and realizes the precious gift he's been given is worth all the effort after all.
